At Olo we develop an online food ordering platform used by many of the country’s largest restaurant chains, reaching millions of consumers. Chances are if you’ve ordered directly from a restaurant brand’s app or website, we’ve made that happen. 

We take great pride in the reliability, security, and performance of our systems and services. We are looking for a talented, security-focused IT Support Specialist to oversee all computer systems and to support our staff. 

This is a full-time position based in our New York office in the World Trade Center.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Technical support for all employee and office IT equipment Windows and OSX laptops, cabling, network printers and scanners.
    • Supporting VOIP telephones and Google Hangout and Zoom video-conferencing.
    • Supporting Meraki WiFi and Cisco networking equipment.
    • Scripted setup and hardening of new workstations in line with Olo security standards and secure destruction of hardware when no longer needed.
    • Onboarding and offboarding of employee user accounts across internal tools
    • Liaising with third party providers (Lenovo, Apple, etc) for purchasing and technical support escalation.
    • Hardware asset management.
    • Assisting with projects to consolidate internal tools and integrate single sign-on.
    • Training and documentation.

What We'll Expect From You

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
    • 2+ year of experience in an IT support role.
    • In-depth knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
    • Proactive problem solving, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills, both with a technical and a non-technical audience.
    • Dedication to your fellow employees and a strong team attitude.

COVID-19 Impact

Olo is committed to the well-being of candidates, employees and our community. The  Olo NYC Headquarters will be closed for the foreseeable future because of the global outbreak of COVID-19. While an in-person interview is typical for many roles at Olo, we will conduct interviews via video conferencing while our HQ is closed.
