The Job

Omnidian’s Operations team is seeking a short-term Capacity Planning Consultant (2–3 months) to take an existing first draft of a Residential Operations plan and elevate it into a standardized, reportable system.

Your efforts will deliver the clarity and visibility needed to scale effectively, with potential for longer-term engagement based on growth needs.

This role would work adjusted hours to ensure there's enough overlap each day with US colleagues, including US Central time zone.
