About the role:
Reporting to the Web Growth Lead, the Conversion Specialist will be an active and fully contributing member of the Web Growth team. This individual will focus on optimizing our blog traffic to enhance engagement, increase conversions, and drive more registrations for our product. The ideal candidate will manage the blog optimization process from initial research through to idea generation and execution. Collaborate closely with the team and across departments, particularly with the SEO team, to propose new ideas and improvements that will help Omnisend achieve its growth objectives.

What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

    • Understand our blog visitors behavior by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
    • Identify opportunities and optimize our blog to increase registrations
    • Translate findings into prioritized hypotheses and actionable recommendations for optimizing engagement, conversion rates, and registrations
    • Plan and conduct qualitative user research to deepen our understanding of blog visitors' behaviors
    • Identify key metrics that need improvement
    • Continuously learn and introduce new ideas to enhance the website user experience
    • Take full ownership of the experimentation process, from ideation through to execution, documentation, and iteration
    • Collaborate effectively within the Web Growth team and cross-functionally with SEO and content teams to plan and implement strategies

We expect that you’ll bring:

    • Demonstrated expertise in optimizing web funnels to increase registrations
    • Proficiency in analyzing user behavior and turning insights into actionable strategies for testing and optimization
    • The ability to make informed decisions based on evidence from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative
    • A solid understanding of web analytics and data interpretation
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • A self-reliant, results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
    • Experience in using different tools for experimentation (VWO, GA4, Clarity, Hotjar, Maze or Lyssna, Airtable) is a plus
    • A positive, learning-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to an amazing company culture
    • Experience in an early-stage/startup environment is advantageous
