This role combines client onboarding expertise with migration responsibilities, focusing on partnering with the Sales, CSM and Product teams to improve our client’s onboarding flow. The candidate will act as a bridge between sales, customer success, and clients, providing a warm touchpoint to the onboarding experience. This role is integral in driving customer retention and success while improving internal processes and ensuring that our offerings are aligned with current ESP trends.
What you’ll do @Omnisend:
- Support smooth migrations. Help customers move their Email & SMS programs from other platforms to Omnisend — using your technical know-how to make the transition seamless.
- Coordinate onboarding across teams. Work closely with Sales, Platform, and Customer Success to guide clients through onboarding. Spot what larger clients need and help create tailored plans that set them up for success.
- Lead direct onboarding (US & EU). Take charge of onboarding selected clients yourself, ensuring a high-touch experience that aligns expectations, sets goals, and builds the foundation for long-term growth.
- Share your knowledge. Bring insights from competitor platforms to the team, close knowledge gaps, and keep us all aligned on the latest onboarding trends in the ESP world.
- Drive customer success. Partner with CSMs to support clients proactively — balancing the technical setup with the human side of the customer journey.
