What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

    • Create, execute and own the strategy on bringing new agencies and freelancers to Omnisend partner program;
    • Help existing agencies and freelancers on selling Omnisend;
    • Drive initiatives to establish Omnisend brand and visibility within the ecosystem;
    • Coordinate an outbound agency prospecting strategy through automated email prospecting, display ads, and other growth marketing tactics;
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets;
    • Hire, coach, manage, and motivate a team of Partner Managers to exceed monthly and quarterly goals;
    • Forecast and track revenue generated by agency and freelance partners using Hubspot and Impact;
    • Work with Marketing to craft content & strategy needed for outbound engagement;
    • Ensure compliance to our sales processes, aligning it with other stakeholders across the customer journey;
    • Conduct 1:1s with direct reports to ensure they are achieving activity & meeting goals and focused on the right campaigns;
    • Lead weekly team meetings and conduct regular coaching sessions to develop messaging, teach new skills, and gauge the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives.

We expect that you’ll bring:

    • 3+ years experience leading high-performing outbound/inbound sales teams;
    • 3+ years of sales experience selling solutions with a proven track record in outbound/cold mailing sales and other campaigns: exceeding personal sales quota for more than 2 consecutive years;
    • Experience in leading a team of BDR or SDR in e-commerce or SaaS business would be a huge advantage;
    • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
