We are looking for a Webinar Host & Video Presenter to help create engaging educational video content. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Product Communications team, serving as on-camera talent for webinars and demonstrations, and ensuring effective execution of the marketing plan. You will gain expertise over time about Omnisend’s email and SMS marketing features to effectively communicate key topics.

What you’ll do at Omnisend:

    • Host and moderate Omnisend webinars alongside internal and external experts, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our audience;
    • Facilitate discussions during webinars by asking insightful questions and engaging with experts and the audience;
    • Present and appear on our YouTube channel as a spokesperson for educational topics and tutorials;
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Comms) to plan content for webinars and video projects—don’t worry, you won’t be creating the material yourself, as the content will be prepared by subject-matter experts;
    • Operate webinar platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or YouTube Live, ensuring technical elements are managed effectively;
    • Help prepare scripts for intros and transitions to ensure a smooth flow during webinars, but the bulk of the content will come from other teams;
    • Engage with our online audience during webinars, handling live Q&A and audience interaction;
    • Webinars often take place in the evening (Lithuanian time) to accommodate our international (mainly US) audience

We expect that you’ll bring:

    • Proven experience in hosting webinars, video presentations, or similar on-camera work;
    • Comfort and confidence in front of the camera, with strong public speaking and presentation skills;
    • Basic knowledge of webinar platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or YouTube Live (technical skills can be developed on the job);
    • Scriptwriting skills for preparing intros and transitions, though content creation will be managed by experts;
    • A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with cross-functional teams and internal experts;
    • A willingness to learn and grow into the role, gaining deeper knowledge of email marketing and the Omnisend platform over time
