About
As one of our earliest hires, you'll directly impact Onaroll's mission to celebrate shift workers. The primary responsibility of this role is to help our leadership team and organization scale rapidly by refining our hiring process - and then running it quickly and effectively, end-to-end. We are looking for a hyper-detail oriented person who is excited about managing logistics and gets energy from talking to candidates across all hiring functions to ensure a seamless interview process internally as well as for the candidate.

Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining an up-to-date ATS (Lever), drafting offer letters, preparing the candidate for Day 1, and enabling a successful onboarding. In addition, this role includes being the go-to person for People Ops responsibilities to help achieve Onaroll's ambition to be the best place to work, ever.

Role

    • Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to schedule phone screens, follow-on interviews, candidate debrief meetings, and execution of offer letter to selected candidates
    • Be the voice of Onaroll to all candidates: create a high-touch experience for candidates throughout their recruiting process to make sure every touch point is timely, informative, and reflective of Onaroll values.
    • Uphold thorough hygiene of our applicant tracking system (currently Lever) by giving leadership full visibility into all open roles and the latest on all candidates moving through the interview process from initial contact to offer
    • Ensure candidates have the resources they need to be successful during the interview process
    • Partner with agencies, recruiters, and investors to ensure all inbound candidates are appropriately logged
    • Act as a resource internally to support and aide with all People related functions, ensuring existing employees & new hires are set up for success

You

    • 1+ years experience with calendaring, including (but not limited to) previous recruiting coordination or executive assistant experience
    • Very organized and detail-oriented
    • Resourceful and proactive; you are able to navigate ambiguity with confidence
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
