Role

As our first Account Manager, you'll directly impact Onaroll's mission to celebrate shift workers.

You will be responsible for driving expansion revenue and retention through building relationships with our existing customers, and will assist/support facilitating product feedback, referrals, and case studies with our clients. You will build strategic account plans and work closely with our Customer Success Managers as well as our Sales team as you establish and manage relationships with key decision makers within our Tier One and Strategic Accounts. You will have the opportunity to leverage meetings set via our Customer Success or Sales teams, manage and build your own customer pipeline, and own the full expansion sales cycle from engagement to close. Success in this role means hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue and retention targets.

Responsibilities

    • Identifying and building relationships with key and strategic customers and conducting research to understand how we continue to provide value, address customer needs, and drive relevant messaging to our customers
    • Brainstorm and lead new strategic initiatives as well as strategic account planning
    • Build and manage a pipeline of customer engagements
    • Execute on a customer centric sales process, aligning to the buying process, led via deep discovery to clearly understand the goals, needs, or issues of our customers
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with our customer success, sales, and product teams to ensure our customers are set up for success
    • Positively impact the rest of our team and contribute to our constant learnings

You

    • 5 + years of quota carrying account management experience, preferably into mid market and/or enterprise experience
    • Your creativity pushes your solution-oriented thinking
    • You are curious, always believe in learning from others and are willing to share your learnings
    • You are passionate about empowering shift workers and believe employee engagement is critical to an organizationโ€™s success
    • You can demonstrate your experience in expanding SaaS solutions with consistent results in exceeding your goals

$140,000 - $160,000 a year
At Onaroll, we believe in offering competitive and transparent compensation packages that reflect the skills and experience of our valued team members. For this position, the salary range is 140-160k per year in on-target earnings. On-target earnings are broken into a split of base pay and commission. Please note that this range is designed to encompass the diversity of experience levels and expertise that our potential candidates may bring.

Additionally, Onaroll expects employees to operate like owners - because they are. Every employee earns equity in the business in the form of Incentive Stock Options, on top of their salary and benefits package.

Onaroll reserves the right to adjust the salary range and split for this role based on shifts in the market or variations in the experience of the candidate.
