Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the operational, & analytical arm of our Go-to-Market strategy. As the first Revenue Operations- dedicated member of our team, you will be responsible for building the foundation & playbook of this role, which will include running pricing experiments, managing our sales compensation structure, taking new products to market, operationalizing & streamlining both our Sales & Customer Success playbooks, & determining the optimal structure of our teams to best acquire and support customers. You'll also help manage team collaboration & systems (i.e. Salesforce, Totango, and more).

This role requires an individual who is data-driven and can thrive in supercharging our business in an autonomous role - someone who can see the bigger picture of where we are trying to go, but also break that down into the granular set of steps, experiments, & analyses needed to get there. You will work closely with cross-functional departments (Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Product & Eng, Strategy & Ops, & Analytics) to ensure optimal alignment & execution of our go-to-market plan, revenue streams, & customer-facing experiments.

Responsibilities

    • Pricing & Packaging Optimization - Own our end-to-end pricing & packaging models across revenue streams, with an eye towards optimization, profitability, & scale
    • Revenue Ownership - Manage as the primary point of contact for the Onarall revenue center, from reporting, to analyses, to billing
    • Sales Operations - Partner with Sales to ensure optimization & efficiency across the board - from systems to compensation, to org structure, & more
    • Sales Enablement - Equip our Sales function to be always at their best, through sales assets, trainings, relevant content, & more
    • Customer Success Operations - Fortify the Sales-CS relationship through systems, process, & experimental customer-engaging initiatives
    • Go-to-Market Vision & Execution - Devise & execute the strategy of our Go-to-Market plans - including new verticals, new products, new customer types, & more

You

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of experience with 2+ years in a Consulting/Strategy role and 3+ years in a Sales/Revenue Ops role within a tech company
    • Proven ability to lead and scale Sales/Revenue Operations of significant scope through growth & expansion periods
    • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and convert data into a language or steps teams and leadership can act on
    • Previously designed and implemented sales processes and infrastructure while leveraging data to drive influence and strategy
    • Proficiency in Sales systems & processes - importantly, Salesforce.com but also email automation, lead generation & management, prospecting, productivity tools and more
    • Proficiency in Customer Success & Billing systems & processes - importantly, Totango, Stripe,
    • Motivation and excitement to work in a fast-paced, somewhat ambiguous environment
    • Self-starter with a ownership mindset and high drive for results

Helpful Experiences and Background

    • Advanced degree or MBA
    • You have advanced Excel, Google Sheets and/or SQL knowledge
    • You are a former (or current) shift worker familiar with the joys and challenges of the work
