This individual will play a key role in contributing and leading a team who establishes qualified, targeted meetings for our Sales team, driving the top of the sales funnel and meaningfully contributing to the success of the organization. Utilizing strategic and creative outreach channels, you will be responsible for evolving our business development “playbook”, engaging potential customers and initiating meaningful conversations through effective messaging and value propositions. Your day-to-day activities will have a direct impact on our exciting growth story, all while working within a collaborative team environment. Success in this role is defined by leading the BDR team to consistently meet and surpassing monthly sales pipeline and revenue quota targets.


    • Identifying prospective customers, working with the team to continuously improve the breadth and depth of the data within our CRM (Salesforce)
    • Identifying creative channels of outreach to prospective customers, conducting A/B testing, and iterating on both cadence/channels as well as messaging
    • Driving engagement via your efforts as well as the team into prospective clients through strategic outbound efforts including calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
    • Exceeding monthly prospect meetings held, pipeline, and revenue goals
    • Documenting and optimizing the prospecting playbook for scale


    •  3 + years of business development or related experience, 1 + years of direct management experience
    • You are interested in working in a sales organization at a high-growth, team member obsessed company
    • You enjoy both the hands on work as well as leading others to exceed their goals
    • You are coachable, have a deep desire to learn and grow, and want to learn both the science and the art of solution selling

$90,000 - $100,000 a year
At Onaroll, we believe in offering competitive and transparent compensation packages that reflect the skills and experience of our valued team members. For this position, the salary range is 90-100k per year in on-target earnings. On-target earnings are broken into a split of base pay and commission. Please note that this range is designed to encompass the diversity of experience levels and expertise that our potential candidates may bring.

Onaroll reserves the right to adjust the salary range and split for this role based on shifts in the market or variations in the experience of the candidate.
