About

Onaroll seeks an energetic, forward-thinking, and collaborative Head of Strategy & Business Operations. In partnership with the CEO and the rest of our leadership team, the candidate will set up the infrastructure for our team to do the best work of their careers as we continue to scale our go-to-market efforts. We strive to be the most analytically-driven, goal-oriented and collaborative organization — and that can only happen with someone like you establishing the building blocks.

You will have the opportunity to build Onaroll’s operating system from the ground up. You will act as a barometer for company growth, driving the initiatives to ensure that we are exceeding our ambitious goals.

Business Operations

    • Build and manage the Onaroll Operating Model to enable strategic investments into our business
    • Identify core company metrics, set & manage goals (OKRs) with the broader team
    • Communicate progress towards company-wide objectives with team through various channels (bi-monthly and quarterly All-Hands)
    • Support CEO in communicating company progress externally with existing and prospective new investors (crafting narrative for quarterly board deck and supporting future fundraises)
    • Own our financial tools and technologies including billing, payroll, cap table management, and more.

GTM Operations

    • Develop the foundation to our scale our GTM teams (pipeline management, GTM quota planning, GTM compensation planning, etc.)
    • Drive operational reporting across GTM, surfacing business insights that will elevate the overall growth trajectory of the business.
    • Own the GTM technology stack to ensure processes and tools are aligned across the customer journey.
    • Enhance existing workflow between Sales and Customer Success — mapping the customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales and ensuring process optimization
    • Partner with Data Science to build a data-centric relationship with our customers, primarily creating the structure to illustrate Onaroll's value-add

Corporate Strategy

    • A/B test various pricing strategies as the GTM funnel continues to expand across varying segments within the QSR category.
    • Develop a hypothesis around expansion into adjacent verticals. Where should Onaroll expand and why?
    • Identify and build relationships with external partners, e.g. how should we think about perk partnerships over time as we scale certain perks across shift workers?

You

    • 6+ years experience in business operations, revenue operations, or strategic finance at a high growth tech organization, with progressively increasing responsibility, complexity, and scale of work. 2+ years people management.
    • Practical business sense and a strong ability to ask the right questions and translate strategic concepts into an operational execution plan (with experience working with in software with GTM leaders)
    • Highly skilled at project management; proven success working in a fast-paced environment and delivering against multiple work streams
    • Strongly biased towards action and driven by a sense of urgency
    • Unafraid of getting deep into data & models; excited about the opportunity to build a data-centric organization
    • Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) with all levels of the organization and build strong working relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, develop and retain top-tier diversified talent. Experience leading a team during a period of high growth in a performance-oriented culture.
