The Task At Hand:
You will be joining our small but growing Business Intelligence & Analytics team with a focus on generating insights and predictions from data, as well as developing user-facing front-end reporting solutions. Our team is responsible for the full data & analytics stack, including data ingestion, data transformation, semantic modeling, statistical & predictive modeling, reporting, and analytics. Your focus will be on creating interactive reporting and dashboard solutions for specific business audiences, as well as providing analytics to executive audiences by request. Our team is very cross-functional, and you may have the opportunity to assist with various data engineering, SQL development, data governance, and semantic modeling activities. Your primary focus will be on developing departmental and enterprise reporting solutions and providing predictive & prescriptive analytics for business leaders.
In This Role, You Will:
• Build advanced interactive reporting and dashboard solutions using your deep expertise in Power BI & Excel. Data visualization, DAX measure & KPI development, calculation groups, parameters, dynamic content: cross filtering, drill through, slicers, filters, bookmark & button navigation
• Produce analytical reports and slide decks, utilizing narrative storytelling with data visualizations and layering in business context to assist with decision making
• Build predictive data models and forecasts using SQL, Python, Fabric Notebooks, Power BI, Excel, and/or any other languages or tools of your choice (subject to approval)
• Author SQL code to transform raw data into analytics-ready tables & views
• Occasionally assist with building, monitoring, and maintaining data engineering pipelines in Azure, Fabric, and Fivetran
• Occasionally assist with semantic modeling projects: star schema dimensional data modeling
• Participate in data governance, master data management, and data stewardship by partnering with key individuals throughout the company who administer our various systems of record (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Direct to Consumer (DTC), E-commerce, Point of Sale, Planning & Forecasts, etc.) to help optimize and harmonize data for analytics use cases
In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
• A bachelor’s or advanced degree in information systems, analytics, computer science, data science, business, or any other relevant major, or equivalent years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in any combination of data analytics, data science, business intelligence, data engineering, or equivalent roles
• Advanced Power BI Desktop & Excel development skills
• Advanced SQL & DAX skills
• Expertise working within the Microsoft data ecosystem: Power BI Premium, Fabric, and Azure
• Familiarity with Power Query, SSMS, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and/or Fabric Notebooks is a huge plus
• Data visualization capabilities paired with a strong sense of graphic design (fonts, colors, labels, layouts)
• Proficiency in Python and/or any other predictive data modeling languages for AI/ML use cases is a huge plus
• Scripting abilities C# and/or PowerShell are a plus
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
• Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) data domains including sales, marketing, accounting, e-commerce, direct to consumer, co-manufacturing, sourcing, consumption & point of sale, forecasting (sales, demand, supply, financial), etc.
• Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department at least once a year

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, deeply understand business needs, develop a cohesive strategy, and make decisions requiring a high level of judgment
• Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Business Intelligence preferred
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position

Compensation:
• Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
• The anticipated salary range for this position is $108,800.00 to $126,208.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
