Who You Are:  You are someone who wants to be instrumental in creating a nurturing environment where teams are supported through enriching learning and development experiences, tailored to their specific growth needs, because you get a profound sense of purpose in finding ways to make work “work” for everyone. You seek inspiration in this pursuit in the world around you through academics, books, podcasts, networking opportunities, and more. You are no stranger to putting on your “Sherlock Holmes” hat when a situation calls on you to find an answer or solution (even when you aren’t sure where to start) and you understand how important it is to drive compassionate candidate care for those you support inside and outside of the organization. You love to geek out on new People-Science data findings and never jump into problem-solving without first seeking to understand the whole “problem” or business need first. You are hungry to learn and yet eager to apply all you have absorbed in life so far when it comes to supporting the professional growth of your peers in a culture-first environment.
