Who You Are: You are a consumer sales enthusiast, someone who finds deep satisfaction in understanding how business relationships thrive, and you’re eager to explore what it takes to grow and support strategic partnerships that help purpose-driven companies flourish. You’re curious by nature; the kind of person who enjoys diving into the details, asking thoughtful questions, and uncovering opportunities to create value. Whether it’s through coursework, podcasts, real-world observations, or networking, you actively seek out knowledge about the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry and the art of account management. Organization and follow-through are your superpowers, and you understand how even small tasks can have a big impact on the success of a fast-paced sales team. You are driven by a desire to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven company focused on nourishing the next generation. You’re not just looking for an internship, you’re looking for an opportunity to build your toolkit, learn from experienced mentors, and support a team that’s passionate about making a difference.

Throughout the internship, you’ll have the chance to explore where your passion lies within the broader world of Sales, supported by leaders who are excited to mentor you. This is a hands-on, high-learning opportunity designed to challenge, empower, and inspire the next generation of sales professionals in a mission-first environment.
