The Task At Hand: The Shopper Marketing Associate reports to the Director of E-commerce & Omni-Channel Marketing while playing a critical role in helping to drive brand growth across retail accounts and channels. Leveraging an omnichannel approach, this position will support shopper marketing planning and drive day-to-day execution to grow the Once Upon a Farm brand, both in-store and online at key accounts.
 
In This Role, You Will:
•         Work with the director on annual planning for shopper marketing, including strategy by account, defining budget allocations and media plans by retailer, and leading the compiling of past program results to inform future activations, while working with the sales team to understand growth goals
•         Own day-to-day execution of in-store and digital shopper marketing programs, ensuring on-time creative delivery within brand guidelines
•         Lead retailer.com paid search and display marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting either hands-on keys or in partnership with agencies to drive online grocery growth and total brand visibility at key accounts
•         Own the digital shelf across retail.com and DTC, plan and execute best-in-class product detail page content creation, and ensure updates are made as portfolio and distribution evolve
•         Manage retailer-specific activation and execution
•         Manage Instacart strategy and execution
•         Lead the execution of in-store marketing and POS programs to drive awareness and visibility at key retailers 
•         Ensure key account programs and exclusive launches are integrated into content calendars for owned channels; collaborate with Marcomm on the execution of shopper-related activations with influencers to ensure objectives are met
•         Own Store Locator inputs for current assortment and new product launched
•         Manage digital, print, and app or alternative (Ibotta, Merryfield, Venmo, etc) coupon planning, execution and support reconciliation efforts with finance
•         Manage the shopper marketing budget, processing invoices/POs and supporting the reconciliation process with finance
•         Own and present shopper marketing reporting from weekly and monthly display/paid search results compilation, weekly highlights, monthly sales share-outs, and quarterly marketing reviews.
•         Collaborate closely with sales reps and directors to ensure that account performance objectives are being met
•         Support cooler program, in-store marketing, and new distribution initiatives as needed
•         Maintain close and consistent relationships with key vendors to stay up-to-date and take early advantage of relevant marketing activation opportunities (test & learn); hold similar relationships with the sales team to ensure current knowledge of key accounts and growth opportunities
•         As a part of the broader digital team, support brand initiatives (brainstorming, content creation) and share best practices as needed
 
In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
•         BA or BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Business or related field
•         1-3 years related marketing experience in digital marketing, media, shopper marketing, and/or e-commerce, ideally in CPG or startup food space
•         Digital expertise with key retailers and platforms such as Instacart a plus
•         Familiarity with key digital metrics and paid search
•         Omni-channel mindset with an ability to plan and execute across channels
•         Strong project management and organizational skills
•         Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
•         Ability to work effectively in a team environment
•         Remarkable attention to detail and proven track record of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•         Proficient in Microsoft Office Products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
•         Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter
•         Genuinely passionate about improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet
•         Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment
•         Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, deeply understand business needs, develop a cohesive strategy, and make decisions requiring a high level of judgment
•         Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sales and Marketing preferred
•         Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position

Compensation:
•         Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
•         The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
