One Concern is growing rapidly and we are looking for passionate, motivated, and high-reaching commercial markets specialists to join our team. A commercial markets lead understands the existing pain points in the fortune 500 companies and can help the product team design end-to-end solutions to address them. You will deploy ground breaking technical solutions to solve the hardest problems in commercial markets surrounding catastrophe risk and resilience. You will work with customers around the globe, where you will gain rare insight into the world’s most important industries and institutions.  As a Commercial Market Lead, you will be able to leverage all the teams at One Concern: product, marketing, sales, data science and engineering.


Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead high level conversations with corporate heads, CSO's, CRO's and other business leaders in target and prospect accounts
    • Create commercial go-to-market strategy.
    • Plan, execute and lead global launch strategy and commercialization efforts to drive product adoption in insurance and commercial vertical.
    • Work closely with product team to understand and influence product roadmap while moving into the commercial markets vertical.

Requirements

    • In-depth knowledge of working with large enterprise accounts
    • Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements
    • Business development, sales and marketing skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
