Job Overview:

As the in house Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an integral part of One Concern’s recruiting team and
their ability to be successful. You will deliver results by providing a high level of customer service and
fastidious attention to detail to our hiring process as well as supporting operations in our Menlo Park
office with everything from day-to-day administration to helping to set-up for events. This work is often
delivered on an urgent basis to key partners in the business including recruiters, candidates, hiring
managers and our executive team. If you would like to be part of a dynamic and rewarding environment

Responsibilities

    • Schedule phone and onsite interviews with speed and efficiency
    • Communicate with candidates regularly via email and phone to ensure they have accurate interview information in preparation for their interviews
    • Arrange travel and accommodate out-of-town applicants
    • Maintain our applicant tracking system Lever and job postings ensuring information is correct and up-to-date
    • Collaborate with recruiters and managers to shape the hiring process and candidate experience
    • Build a strong and supportive recruiting culture as it relates to our company values
    • Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting and HR teams including additional projects as needed
    • Handle receptionist related duties such as greeting potential hires or visitors when they come onsite
    • Work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Requirements

    • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
    • Adaptable to change and able to make quick decisions in a rapidly changing environment
    • Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
    • A friendly personality with a customer first mindset
    • Great teammate that loves to bring new ideas to the table and who is collaborative and focused on team success.
    • Desire to learn more about recruiting or human resources
