Job Overview:
One Concern is looking for passionate people who are mission driven to drive the overall recruiting process and execute on the strategy. In this role, you’ll be a partner to the organization and be heard at all levels because of the expertise you bring. You’ll be involved in all facets of recruiting including sourcing, programs & events, and strategy. You’ll be a huge part of a company where the mission is to help save lives and livelihoods.

Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates to our teams
    • Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle
    • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns, and partnering with vendors
    • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and other pipelines
    • Screen resumes and interview candidates to match experience to openings
    • Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs, continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
    • Craft and send recruiting emails to passive and aggressive candidates
    • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
    • Promote our employer brand online and offline
    • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our ATS-Lever)
    • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience within a start-up company
    • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
    • Experience with recruiting for a growing technology company in the Engineering, Product Development, Marketing & Sales area is strongly preferred
    • Proven interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and company cultural fit qualities
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, constant changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs, preferably Lever) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
    • Solid verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
    • Effective time-management abilities
    • BS or relevant work experience
