We’re looking for an experienced and passionate People Experience Partner at OneFootball! Build strong relationships, spearhead a performing culture of diversity & inclusion, and make sure collaboration is a top priority for your stakeholders. Your role 

- Build trusted relationships with your stakeholders (Line Managers, Head of departments, and their teams) and advise them on effective  team collaboration, people management and culture related topics.
- Be a culture ambassador and advocate for it’s adoption across teams, processes and strategies.
- Manage the development and enhancement of internal processes (e.g. remote work, performance management and salary reviews , job structures and career ladders, restructures) and take charge of the internal communication around them.
- Partner closely with the rest of the People function to deliver a consistent and seamless employee experience and build our workplace culture.
- Advise, influence and implement People team as well as company initiatives that promote employee engagement and support the People strategy and wider business goals.
- Identify development opportunities, implement learning initiatives, and make sure performance is evaluated and reviewed regularly. Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues and make sure they are anticipated and dealt with as they emerge, and in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
- Coach your stakeholders and ensure fair and consistent management practices within teams and across the area of business.

Your Profile

-You have a strong foundation in HR operations, and have worked for 3+ years in a similar People Experience Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist role in an international and growing organization.
- You enjoy immersing yourself in the different teams to understand their point of view, support development with empathy and anticipate scenarios.
- You jump into problems head first, find solutions with creativity, passion, and a strategic mindset.
- You are experienced and confident in labour law and regulations with a focus on Germany, and other European jurisdictions.  You are outspoken, reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
- You are capable of managing projects effectively and handle confidential information.
- You are fluent and comfortable conducting all business in English, German is a plus.
