Our mission is to fuel the world’s football obsession: we amplify the excitement of the game. In order to support our organisation’s continued growth in terms of both complexity and size, we are looking for a business leader in the programmatic space to drive the shift of the Onefootball sales proposition programmatically. 

We are looking for someone to help us create, implement and maintain an end-to-end world class programmatic solution through sales operation, product development and sales implementation. To ensure success you should have deep knowledge of the programmatic space and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, improving systems and processes while delivering budget goals and covering all other requirements of the sales cycle. Reporting to the VP of Sales this is a strategic and senior role within our organisation that  will involve building a team, developing an existing team and future-proofing the company for revenue success.

    • The immediate focus will be on managing and developing the activities to expand Onefootball programmatically in 2023 and take our growth path onto an exponential trajectory
    • Strategic and operational responsibility for data acquisition, partner management, data enhancement, strategic partnerships and other business development activities globally.
    • Own the business/business plan including mapping of competitive landscape, mapping of the “total” ecosystem (e.g SSAI, Ad-serving, SSPs, DSPs, CMPs etc)
    • Develop and lead on strategy as to how we fit into this ecosystem in the short, mid and long-term, to capture maximum share of the market
    • Drive the Integration and partnership roadmap and legal and commercial negotiations from a subject-matter standpoint
    • In conjunction with the Product team: requirements setting, product definition, product roadmap including build/buy/partner strategy
    • In conjunction with Tech/Engineering: platform integrations 
    • In conjunction with regional commercial management: develop and drive sales targets, demand generation/activation and content partner development 
    • Be responsible for resource planning and allocation in conjunction with all teams mentioned above

    • Senior business leader with deep experience in programmatic, data, technology media and marketing
