Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager specializing in HubSpot who will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing workflows for email and WhatsApp marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of developing engaging content, launching impactful campaigns, and driving user activation and reactivation through targeted CRM activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    CRM Workflow Creation & Management:
- Develop and manage sophisticated workflows within HubSpot to automate and personalize communications across email, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications.
- Continuously optimize CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention.

2.    Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Plan, design, and implement email marketing strategies aligned with brand activation initiatives.
- Leverage WhatsApp marketing channels to effectively reach and engage customers with timely, relevant messaging.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and anti-spam regulations.

3.    Offers & Reactivation Funnel:
- Create and manage targeted offer campaigns aimed at activating dormant users and enhancing customer lifecycle value.
- Track, analyze, and refine reactivation funnels to maximize customer engagement and conversion.

4.    In-App CRM Management:
- Collaborate closely with product teams to develop in-app CRM strategies aimed at increasing user interaction, retention, and satisfaction.
- Utilize HubSpot to track in-app behavior and trigger personalized user journeys.

5.    New Product & Feature Launches:
- Coordinate CRM initiatives around new product launches, including developing targeted communication plans, segmenting audiences, and managing automated messaging sequences.

6.    Content Strategy & Activation:
- Work collaboratively with the content team to generate compelling CRM content tailored to user interests and behaviors.
- Manage the content calendar for CRM channels, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.

7.    Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Regularly analyze CRM campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly/monthly CRM performance reports highlighting key metrics and recommending areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing CRM using HubSpot.
    • Expertise in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and workflow automation.
    • Proven experience in user activation/reactivation strategies and lifecycle marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analyzing CRM data to inform strategy.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

    • HubSpot Certification (highly preferred).
    • Familiarity with SaaS products, marketplaces, or creator economy.
    • Experience with in-app messaging platforms and analytics tools.
