About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to handle
end-to-end finance operations, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
The role involves accounting, vendor management, reconciliations,
investment tracking, and ensuring compliance with all finance and legal
requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, preferably with a CA
firm, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate
seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, CA partners, and external
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.
- Ensure all past and present financial data is accurately categorized and maintained.
- Handle monthly closings, MIS reporting, and compliance.
- Payments & Reconciliations
- Track and execute personal and business payments, ensuring timely payouts.
- Manage bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Categorize all dues such as payouts, interest payments, or card bills in Tally.
- Vendor & Investment Management
- Oversee vendor management, including timely payments and documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of investments across equity, mutual funds, bonds, startups, loans, etc.
- Prepare regular updates on investment performance and returns.
- Finance & Legal Documentation
- Maintain and organize all finance-related and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support tax filings (GST, TDS, ITR) in coordination with CA teams.
- Operational & Cross-Team Support
- Work with internal teams, CA partners, and external consultants to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments and dues from all sources.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, audits, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA Inter/Articleship preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, preferably at a CA firm.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally (in and out knowledge).
- Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
