Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.

We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world’s de-facto influencer platform. 

We are already the market leader in the Asian market and are now aiming to grow 10x by consolidating the entire market spend towards our newly launched platform for advertisers. About the role:

As a Brand Account Executive at One Impression, you will play a key role in driving growth by engaging with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands across India. You will become a trusted partner to these brands, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how the platform can help them exceed their goals. Through strategic outreach and partnership with our BDRs, you will build a robust pipeline of potential clients and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the industry to promote One Impression's subscription programs, and continuously refine our brand subscription plans to ensure optimal performance. You will contribute significantly to One Impression's expansion while helping brands thrive on our platform.

Roles and responsibilities

    • Responsible for pitching prospective clients, leading demos, and closing those brands as efficiently as possible
    • Meet and exceed sales expectations quarter-over-quarter
    • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for brand subscriptions to achieve revenue objectives
    • Follow up with leads in a timely manner and stay on top of all brands in pipeline
    • Work closely with Brand Onboarding and Brand Success to ensure seamless client hand-off after close
    • Identify high-potential prospects, develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them onboard
    • Provide a deep understanding of OI's value proposition and ability to effectively articulate on client demos
    • Pipeline management within CRM software for all stages of customer lifecycle and report on metrics to management
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
    • Work with marketing to promote new products and services to prospective clients
    • Work with the customer success team to ensure new customers are onboarded effectively
    • Set monthly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them

Our non-negotiables

    • 4-8 years experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
    • Must have consistently exceeded sales quotas.
    • You must be organized, motivated, well-connected/versed in the beauty and/or fashion industry.
    • You are a self-starter with a bias toward action and be an inspiration to the entire team in a fast-paced environment.
    • You are focused on results and outcome.
