Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Demand Generation Specialist who thrives on outbound prospecting and account-based targeting. This role is all about owning pipeline growth — identifying the right accounts, running outbound campaigns across multiple channels, and converting conversations into qualified demo calls. If you’re a hustler who loves using data, tools like Apollo.io, and persuasive communication to open doors with decision- makers, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilties

    • Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns with a focus on account-based targeting.
    • Utilize a multi-channel outreach approach, incorporating cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and Apollo sequences, to effectively connect with prospects.
    • Leverage Apollo.io to identify prospects, build contact lists, sequence outreach, and track performance.
    • Engage with and qualify new opportunities that directly contribute to One Impression’s sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, objection-handling, and outreach strategies.
    • Track activities, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution in CRM HubSpot.
    • Continuously experiment with messaging, workflows, and channels to maximize connect and conversion rates.
    • Share feedback from prospects to help refine targeting and positioning.

What Success Looks Like

    • A steady stream of qualified opportunities flows into the pipeline each month.
    • High conversion from outreach to booked demos and sales conversations.
    • Strong account coverage across all assigned target lists.
    • Development of scalable outbound processes that set benchmarks for the team.

Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, Demand Generation Executive, or Inside Sales professional.
    • Proven track record in multi-channel outbound pipeline generation (calls, LinkedIn, email).
    • Strong working knowledge of Apollo.io (contact discovery, sequencing, reporting).
    • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot preferred).
    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
    • Resilient, target-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
    • A self-starter who takes ownership of numbers and outcomes.
