We are active in over 12 countries including India, US, Australia, the Middle East, etc, and have a network of over 6.5 Mil + influencers across Instagram & YouTube. Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.

We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world’s de-facto influencer platform. 

We are already the market leader in the Asian market and are now aiming to grow 10x by consolidating the entire market spend towards our newly launched platform for advertisers. Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsibilities
    • Business Strategy and program management
    • Develop an understanding of key business problems and strategic priorities to provide insights on gaps and potential opportunities
    • Drive end-to-end problem identification and solutions/execution to deliver impact
    • Define goals against key metrics and track performance against them, manage end-to-end execution across functions
    • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve targets
    • Assist in the development and implementation of various projects and initiatives, with a focus on marketing and sales.
    • Work closely with CX teams to accomplish target margin and experience metrics

    • Problem Solving and analysis :
    • Work on special time-bound initiatives, requiring strong first principle thinking and domain/ functional understanding
    • Be comfortable with ambiguity, conduct root cause analyses for key business metrics
    • Conduct data analysis/impact of different initiatives on key business metrics and synthesize findings with implications that inform business decisions

    • Stakeholder management and communication:
    • Communicate and advocate insights to relevant stakeholders to drive outcomes
    • Frequent updates to leadership communicating business performance across different projects to facilitate discussions and track progress
    • Coordinate with the respective stakeholders/cross-functional teams – e.g. Product, category marketing, business finance, etc for monthly/weekly reviews

    • Play a pivotal role in streamlining the functional practices, governance and overall performance management
    • Support digital initiatives, including data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as product development, finance, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to business objectives.
    • Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, particularly in marketing.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree from Tier-1 colleges in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience as a Program Manager, Founder’s Office, Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), or Chief of Staff at a fast-paced startup.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and build scalable processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in handling large datasets and making data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset, able to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL is a plus.
    • Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies.
    • Strong bias for action and creating impact
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
