Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Monitor OTT/VOD systems and services from the end-user perspective to backend performance.
- Analyze application logs and proactively identify potential system issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers for seamless issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues escalated by technical teams or business units.
- Assist in tracking development processes, conducting impact analysis, and ensuring pre/post-development actions.
- Develop and maintain preventive and responsive actions for system operations.
- Ensure continuity and efficient use of system monitoring tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Testing, or Software Support.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, SQL, and web/mobile/TV technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and regular reporting/documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (advanced level); Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable with shift work and on-call responsibilities.
- Experience in OTT/VOD projects is highly desirable.
