Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather insights and align on objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to recommend solutions.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that deliverables align with business needs.
- Define and document workflows, use cases, and user stories.
- Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans and verifying that solutions meet requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the tech or consulting industries.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven experience in creating detailed documentation, including business cases, functional specs, and user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in conducting workshops and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
