Responsibilities

    • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
    • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, effort, and customer feedback.
    • Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
    • Monitor and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
    • Advocate for the end-user, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
    • Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer value.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
