Job Summary
An OnPrem Manager with Change Management experience will engage in a number of different types of business consulting and technology projects ranging from organization and process reviews to IT strategies through implementation of technology solutions and/or recommendations. You will work on a project team of other consultants and/or a Project Manager at a client site.  You may have an opportunity to mentor an Analyst and/or Consultant on your team.  Although projects vary, you can expect to dive deep into the client business. You will contribute by providing initial reviews of deliverables providing feedback, identifying risks/issues and providing mitigation strategies, providing project status to your Project Manager and/or client, and assisting in leading client meetings (e.g. stakeholder interviews, workshops, status updates, etc.).

The team member will be working in a number of industries, but will have a primary focus on the M&E industry.  As with all consultants, the team member should be willing and expect to travel on occasion for work.

Requirements

    • 3-5 years of project management experience – most experience within a Big 4 consulting firm or established consulting firm.
    • Experience with OCM and/or Lean Process Improvement
    • Trained on process and/or technology methodology (e.g., Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma)
    • BA / BS
    • Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools, such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
    • Strong communication skills, written and oral
    • Experience excelling in a team environment
    • Ability to work on projects with demanding deadlines
    • Strong organizational and "follow-through" skills
    • Above average work ethic
    • An innovative spirit
    • Experience with at least 1 system implementation
    • Plus - Media/Entertainment industry experience
