As a Technical Designer within our Design team, you’ll leverage your creative and technical expertise to produce visually stunning, optimized, and engaging user journeys for our mobile apps.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a technical artist or motion designer
- A strong foundation in visual design 2D art and animation
- Proficiency in Rive, After Effects, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with web technology including HTML, JS and CSS are a strong benefit
- A generalist skill set with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt styles to fit diverse games
- A solid understanding of user-friendly interface design that enhances ad experience
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and a willingness to experiment and iterate for optimal solutions
- Excellent communication, a team-focused attitude, and openness to seeking help or clarification when needed
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Work with visual designers to take concept to reality, building onboarding experiences that are data-driven and integrate seamlessly into the product and analytics. You will develop a scalable system which can generate bespoke experiences with speed and quality using Rive
- Product animations: Working closely with product engineers and other designers to create seamless product experiences such as transitions, in-product graphic and loading states
- App Screenshot Production: Designing compelling screenshots to optimize app store performance (ASO) and attract new users. Collaborating with the Growth team to ensure visuals align with best practices for increasing visibility and downloads
- Team Collaboration: Participating actively in discussions, offering feedback, and contributing ideas to shape creative and cohesive results across disciplines
