About the role:
On The Spot Development invites a talented and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our in-house team.

Responsibilities:

    • Generating leads and building a client database
    • Scouting for new business opportunities and partnerships
    • Cultivating connections with potential clients and partners
    • Passing leads to the Sales Specialist, with the opportunity to take on deal negotiations over time
    • Maintaining and updating information in a CRM system
    • Contributing to process enhancements

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development minimum 1+ year
    • Experience in outbound B2B sales
    • Proficiency in English (B2+)
    • Strong understanding of the market and industry trends
    • Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
