On The Spot Development is a software development company, focused on building R&D offices for heavily invested startups from the UK, EU and Israel. We aim to directly сonnect tech talents with emerging tech companies worldwide to develop theirs products — from scratch to unicorn.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Account Management and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs
    • Establish rapport with potential clients through effective communication
    • Pitch company services and its UVP to prospects
    • Maintain an updated CRM system
    • Create quotes and proposals that address client objectives
    • Ensure the achievement of business development goals
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with new clients, including post-sale communication

Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or similar role in an outsourcing/outstaffing business in the IT industry
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1+)
    • Excellent pitching, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Experience using at least one of the following CRMs: Hubspot, Zoho, Sugar CRM, Salesforce
    • Proficiency with Zoom and Google Services (Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
    • Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor
