About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to plan and build the architecture, infrastructure, and application layers of a new product from the ground up. You’ll work on backend and frontend features, connect to existing databases, build scalable services, and deliver impactful user experiences.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with a small, elite team and take ownership of architectural planning and full-stack development. If you’ve launched systems from scratch and enjoy making core technical decisions — this is a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack infrastructure and features for a new product, integrating with existing databases and APIs.
- Develop scalable backend services and endpoints using modern frameworks.
- Create performant, intuitive front-end components using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.
- Set up and manage infrastructure tools (CI/CD, cloud services, monitoring, deployment pipelines).
- Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver MVP and iterate quickly.
- Ensure high-quality code, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Identify scalability issues and help shape long-term technical architecture.
- Keep up to date with modern development practices and introduce relevant improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
- Proven experience in planning and building full-stack systems from scratch, including architecture decisions and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Strong backend development skills, especially in Node.js (experience with .NET or Python is also a plus).
- Solid experience integrating with existing SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Deep knowledge of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), CI/CD workflows, and scalable deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
