We are looking for a proven B2B sales leader with at least 1 year of experience managing a team of Account Executives.

The Role:

    • Lead a growing team of Emerging Market Account Executives
    • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and development to strengthen your team's selling techniques enabling them to achieve their goals 
    • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on your team's KPI progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
    • Ensure all administrative work and reporting is completed effectively and on time for the executive leadership team 
    • Daily pipeline and book of business management within our CRM system (SFDC) 
    • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and customer success, and product teams; providing intuitive feedback when needed 
    • To meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals, you will work with the Sr. Director of Sales to deliver on focused quarterly strategies as outlined at the beginning of each quarter
    • Work with the leadership team to identify and implement process improvements that promote productivity and drive growth


    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience required
    • At least 1 year of experience overseeing a quota-carrying sales team required
    • Software or tech sales experience is highly preferred
    • (SFDC) experience preferred 
    • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred 
    • You are excited about being a part of a fast-growing tech startup
