Oomnitza is hiring a Director of Sales Operations in the Bay Area. In this role, you will partner directly with the CRO to run the revenue business and plan for revenue organization growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

    • Support weekly sales forecast and pipeline reviews
    • Instrument the business with key metrics and create the necessary reporting/analytics 
    • Work with CRO and Finance in business planning including: sales territory planning, quota setting, compensation plans, budgeting and expense prioritization
    • Work cross functional to improve operational and sales processes and remove any operation/organizational barriers
    • Works closely with sales and finance leadership in preparing Board level and Executive management presentations
    • Establish clear deal bookings structure and compliance guidelines 
    • Provide weekly perspective on state of the business and recommendations on how to maximize sales revenue
    • Manage and update the sales process, forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, reports, and dashboards in CRM
    • Partner with Marketing Operations for up funnel collaboration and technology integration

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience at a B2B IT SaaS company
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and/or Google productivity tools
    • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
    • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales automation/enablement tools
    • Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment
    • Understanding of sales methodologies and processes (e.g. MEDDPICC)

The salary range for this position is: $225-265k OTE
