About the Role:

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist with  Klaviyo and SMS Marketing expertise to join our dynamic e-commerce team. You will be crucial in developing and refining customer engagement strategies through precise segmentation, tailored campaigns, and data-driven insights.

This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize Klaviyo campaigns, including email automations, triggered flows, and reporting.
    • Build and refine customer segments to ensure targeted communication and high conversion rates.
    • Drive SMS Marketing campaigns through Attentive (experience in this area is essential).
    • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Maintain high attention to detail in all CRM-related tasks and adapt to shifting priorities quickly.

Must Have:

    • Proven experience working with Klaviyo and CRM systems.
    • Experience with Attentive for SMS marketing campaigns (a must).
    • Strong track record in segment building and audience targeting.
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
    • High attention to detail and a proactive, responsive approach.
    • Ability to work independently and manage CRM responsibilities end-to-end.
