Marketing team) Vision: In order for Opencare to truly impact a change in people’s perceptions around dentistry, we need to attract patients to our platform, and effectively communicate the “why” behind this vision. We want to build a world where going to the dentist is a regular part of your overall wellness routine, and allow for proactive and well-informed decisions to be made around who you trust with this important part of your health.

 How will you help us get there:

As a Growth Manager at Opencare, you’ll be working closely with our Director, B2C Marketing.

Your primary role will be to:

    • 2-3 years of experience with Email Marketing and ESPs
    • Experience with running content for community engagement (over email/sms/social)
    • Experience with running loyalty/reward programs (over email/sms/social)
    • Drive growth in our engagement and referral channels by:
    • Further developing our strategy for re-engaging patients back to Opencare and driving patient-to-patient referrals
    • Building, coordinating, and managing email and SMS campaigns that effectively reach our customer base
    • Developing interesting and persuasive content that communicates our mission and converts (leveraging content writers and designers as needed)
    • Working with our product and engineering team to coordinate in-product features to capture more of our audience

    • Perform data analysis in Looker to uncover opportunities for growth and customer insights
    • Work cross-functionally with the rest of our marketing team to ensure that all our channels are mutually supportive
    • Planning and executing a wide range of email marketing campaigns to support patient-to-patient referrals, and patient engagement
    • Creating content briefs and coordinate with the design team to manage a content calendar as well as future campaign templates
    • Partnering with our engineering team to ensure our targeted audience are up to date with programs and offerings 
    • Managing our email content and campaign calendar ensuring alignment on requirements and deliverables Designing and building new email marketing programs by creating automation rules and writing copy
    • Responsible for managing email compliance, and implementing ongoing database quality programs
    • Generating content and posts for Opencare’s blog
    • Partnering along our Product team to re-design transactional workflows

    • You will also collaborate with other cross functional team members and departments to broaden your understanding of our business model and act as the expert in your assigned area of accountability. 

Skills and attributes we are looking for in a successful candidate:

    • Track record of driving growth in referral or engagement channels in the B2C space
    • 3+ years of experience with ESP’s (Iterable preferable)
    • Running automation workflows for re/engagement & custom audience segmentation 
    • Experience with both drip and ad-hoc campaign management
    • A data-driven mindset with hands on experience gathering information from Looker and/or Heap Analytics to understand campaign performance
    • Generating content and posts for Opencare’s blog
    • Experience partnering with cross functional teams in a startup environment a plus
