Our Demand Team’s Vision 
In order for Opencare to truly impact a change in people’s perceptions around dentistry, we need to attract patients to our platform, and effectively communicate the “why” behind this vision. We want to build a world where going to the dentist is a regular part of your overall wellness routine, and allow for proactive and well-informed decisions to be made around who you trust with this important part of your health. 

How will you help to get us there? 
Our marketing team works hard to drive high-intent patients to the Opencare site, but the real magic relies on a highly efficient onboarding funnel to convert them from passive visitors, into patients committed to improving their oral health. 

 As a Performance Marketing Manager at Opencare, you’ll be working closely with the Director of B2C Marketing to build user acquisition programs, marketing bets and optimization reporting for all active initiatives. Your primary role will be to take ownership of all paid media managed in-house, such as Facebook, Google and TikTok ads. You will also collaborate with other cross functional team members and departments to broaden your understanding of our business model and user lifecycle.  

We are firm believers of data driven user acquisition. By utilizing benchmarks and historical data to make decisions, you will identify opportunities to leverage growth levers across new and existing marketing channels, and eliminate inefficiencies across our marketing mix. You will also be given autonomy and empowerment to construct and execute A/B tests with a proper framework for performance measurement. Your work has a direct line to revenue growth and is critical for Opencare to hit its ambitious growth plans for 2021 and beyond.

What are some key attributes of a successful candidate?

    • 2+ years experience building successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos, and demographics on platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok and other programmatic channels.
    • Critical out-of-the-box thinking with an aptitude for problem solving.
    • Data analysis experience using Excel.
    • Basic understanding and working knowledge of user valuation modelling.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated.
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to be proactive and confident in a diplomatic manner.
    • Ability to understand, internalize, and communicate high-level goals to team members and managers.
    • Ability to multitask and execute on marketing objectives with minimal direction
    • Creative thinker who is able to conduct independent market research on social platforms and identify successful creative trends for testing

What are some bonus attributes that will help you stand out?

    • Working knowledge of data management and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, Amplitude or Data Studio is a bonus.
    • Experience with SEO methodologies
    • Working knowledge of HTML or other coding languages
    • Experience with affiliate and influencer marketing
