We are looking for someone to join our growing product management team to work with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to produce and ship great software.

Location: Anywhere in the US

Who You Are
· 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a software product, ideally in FinTech.
· An eager learner and listener who can absorb and synthesize user feedback, research, and requirements.
· Experience as the product owner for an agile backlog, managing prioritization between new features, bugs, and technical foundation or renovation.
· Experience writing detailed and clear product requirements.

What You’ll Do
· Own a product roadmap alongside a balanced team of an engineering and design lead.
· Build relationships, define strategy, and distill requirements from stakeholders.
· Coordinate across other product teams across the firm, balancing differing priorities, timing, dependencies, and other challenges.
· Synthesize project status, manage risks, and remove roadblocks.
· Work with engineers to plan sprints, write requirements, accept stories, and produce user-facing collateral or training materials.

Nice to Haves
· Experience in Fintech
· Experience with asset and wealth management or other traditional finance
· Experience with delivering ESG data and investment products
· Experience with governance and compliance matters pertaining to ESG products
· Practical experience with and opinions about agile and other software development practices
· Experience with complex project management reporting and coordination
