OpenInvest is seeking an account manager to support our clients and grow their investments with us.

Compensation: $90-100k + commission
Location: This role can be based anywhere in the US.

Who You Are

    • A top performer with 4+ years of proven success selling a SaaS or platform solution with a focus on account management and/or a land and expand strategy
    • Required: prior financial services experience, preferably within a sales or account management role
    • 2-year track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
    • Experience managing client relationships
    • A drive to win with a validated process for identifying decision makers and selling into multiple layers of an organization
    • A standout colleague who has a strong sense of personal ownership and a desire to learn and grow, and help others learn and grow
    • A positive "get it done" attitude with a bias towards action
    • A willingness to hit the ground running and ramp up quickly at a high-growth startup
    • Excellent communication skills

What You'll Do

    • Meet targets for increasing signed client contract size
    • Educate advisors on existing and new products and ensure they’re making the most ofOpenInvest with their clients
    • Identify upselling and product cross selling opportunities
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on collateral
    • Collect and aggregate high-quality customer feedback for product and feature development
    • Work with the Operations team to onboard and communicate with clients
    • Track and manage your business using Salesforce to find opportunities to improve your efficiency and effectiveness
    • Develop and then track and present metrics that will help the company tell its growth story
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an ambiguous, startup environment
    • Help develop the processes and best practices for Account Management
