OpenInvest is growing across channels, and is experiencing significant demand from investment advisers, pensions, endowments and family Offices. This role will be flexible in selling across channels.
 
OpenInvest is seeking two sales development representatives to help us bring our B2B SaaS top-of-funnel operation completely in house. Ideal candidates should be eager to demonstrate their ability to be sales driven self-starters. The growing sales development team is supported by team members across the company, including customer support, content marketing, PR, and our referral relationships.

Ideal Candidate
OpenInvest is seeking two sales development representatives to help us bring our B2B SaaS top-of-funnel operation completely in house. Ideal candidates should be eager to demonstrate their ability to be sales driven self-starters. The growing sales development team is supported by team members across the company, including customer support, content marketing, PR, and our referral relationships.

Location: This role can be filled anywhere in the US.
Salary: $75,000-$90,000 + commission
Equity: .08%-.1%

What You'll Do

    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest through cold discovery calls, and email campaigns
    • Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how OpenInvest can solve them
    • Qualify, follow up with, educate, and develop a substantial volume of inbound leads to progress prospects further into the sales process
    • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for account executives
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop email campaigns for prospecting
    • Work with the VP of Sales to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
    • Consistently achieve quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives
    • Use and maintain the Salesforce.com and Outreach.io systems

Who You Are

    • 4+ years of experience in inside sales
    • Sales experience in technology SaaS
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
    • A desire to grow and advance a career in sales
