Campaign & Certification Manager, Carrier Relations (North America)

As the Campaign & Certification Manager you will be working within the North American Carrier Relations team. Carrier Relations works with many other internal teams, external customers and suppliers. You will ensure compliance and regulatory governance for all of the mobile carriers we are connected to, this includes seeking resolution of issues with our customers and working on strategic initiatives where quality of data is of paramount importance. Much of the job will require testing the functionality of campaigns to ensure they function as filed. Therefore, attention to detail is key. 

What you'll be doing

    • You will be completing internal testing on customers campaigns to ensure compliance before commercial launch
    • Reviewing initial submissions of customer campaigns for compliance.
    • Submitting approved and finalized campaigns to the carriers
    • You will oversee compliance of customer traffic post campaign launch and make account management teams aware of any issues uncovered
    • Working with our Business and Intelligence team plus crafting separate analysis of our messaging data for reports and Quarterly Business Reviews with our carrier partners
    • Building weekly internal reporting looking at trends both positive and negative
