The Marketing Manager will be responsible for project managing OpenX’s marketing calendar, owning social media channels, providing strategic event support, and will occasionally support sales-driven requests for collateral. This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and support OpenX’s mission of creating the world’s most technologically advanced supply-side technology that delivers a fair, sustainable, and data-driven value exchange between consumers, advertisers, and publishers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a global social media strategy that promotes OpenX’s values and highlights our key in-market differentiators and initiatives
- Owns the Asana relationship on behalf of OpenX and partners with Product Marketing to ensure clear project management and consistent campaign results
- Partner with operations to deploy email marketing campaigns and report out on email, website, and campaign performance
- Execute marketing-sponsored events and partner with the in-house designer to establish an impactful presence
- Develop integrated marketing and Account Based Marketing collateral aligned to the marketing themes and priorities
You Are:
- An experienced marketer with 4-7 years of experience delivering impactful messaging and working on challenging, wide-ranging projects, like new product launch campaigns, new country launches, or major marketing campaigns
- Organized and have excellent time and project management skills and are comfortable motivating internal and external stakeholders to hit key deadlines
- An effective communicator — excellent copywriting and grammar skills
- A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment — you have been the go-to marketer for an organization and are comfortable quickly shipping work
- An effective collaborator with external partners — you’ve owned and managed projects working with freelancers and specialists to deliver other creative assets like photography, videography, and animation
- Feedback-friendly and proactively seek feedback from both inside and outside your team
Nice to Haves:
- Marketing operations experience and knowledge of Hubspot, Figma, and Wordpress
- Programmatic and adTech marketing experience
- Budget management and planning skills
$115,494 - $135,875 a year

OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in New York, New Jersey, California, and Colorado, the salary range is $115,494 - $135,875 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
