Opportunity:
We are looking for an Account Management Intern to support the Activation Team in implementing internal projects and initiatives. The position is responsible for providing targeted insight into campaign performance, making strategic optimizations, reporting on efficiency opportunities, and presenting results to the management team. This person will help lead efforts to streamline departmental organization. The ideal candidate will be familiar with digital media businesses, programmatic and CTV. The Account Management Team Intern will report to the Senior Director, Account Management, and work closely with the Activation and Sales teams to help them achieve their goals. 

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and save site lists along with other files to Showpad, and create specific permissions for files/folders to be accessed by several internal teams
Extract reports received by our email alias and save the files to the respective Salesforce opportunities or accounts
Collaborate with the Salesforce team to explore ways to best automatically sync, using the SF Chrome plug-in, emailed reports to respective opportunities/accounts upon receipt

Requirements:
·       Recently graduated (or 3rd year student) with BA/BS degree (preferably in business, marketing, communications or a related field) 
·       Competent with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
·       An interest in the digital AdTech industry Familiar with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Sigview etc. (Training will be provided.)
·       Comfortable working in a remote environment

·       Strong interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships and work in a team

·       Strong organization skills
·       Enthusiastic with a desire to develop a strong understanding of business processes in order to be able to work with all the teams.
$17 - $20 an hour

OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in New York, New Jersey, California, and Colorado, the pay range is $30 - $35 per hour. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.  The pay range may differ in other states.
