Job Description:
Optimize Health is looking for a Client Success Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for client program performance, growth/retention, and overall client satisfaction. As a CSA, you will work alongside our client success, implementation, and sales team to fully engage the client at all levels to help our customers recognize the clinical and financial value of their RPM program.    We are looking for someone who is a strong problem solver, excellent communicator, exceptional critical thinker, who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a passion for delivering high value solutions to our customers and their patients.

What You'll Do:

    • Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service 
    • Grow revenue by driving incredible ROI within our customer base
    • Work with internal and external leaders to craft and present RPM Program Reviews
    • Proactively address client risks based on key performance indicators 
    • Providing customers with product training and/or support 
    • Listening to customers’ needs/challenges and providing solutions that meet those needs
    • Documenting customer interactions within our CRM system
    • Monitoring customer accounts to identify risks and opportunity within our customer base
    • Creating reports on RPM program performance to enable our clients to execute strong programs
    • Interacting with customers via phone calls, emails, or text messages to answer questions about products or services
    • Helping customers make informed decisions about their program by providing information about pricing, terms and conditions, patient panel recommendations as well as details about additional products or services

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
$45,000 - $55,000 a year
Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your experience.
