Job Scope
In this role you will play a key role in helping to shape Optimus Ride into an ideal place to work. Your experience will inform the strategic development and implementation of people operations initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the People Operations group. Your charge will be to help us create the environment where our high impact team members will flourish. Areas of focus include, administration of company policies, procedures, and programs. You will provide key support in areas such as employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, employment and organizational development.

    • Policy best practices

Required Skills

    • 5 years experience in human resource management
    • Master's degree in HR, sociology, psychology, business, or relevant subject matter
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft suite and Google for business tools
    • Experience working with highly confidential material
