Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute to diverse, multi-disciplinary data initiatives (e.g., analytics, architecture, engineering, governance) across industries
• Engage in stakeholder planning and management across technical and business domains
• Support business analysts and ensure technical requirements are captured, validated, and aligned with business goals
• Execute core data implementation tasks: data modeling, pipeline design, architecture re-design, data quality, visualization
• Deliver client briefings, reports, dashboards, recommendations, and project documentation
• Support project planning, administration, task tracking, budgeting, and risk management
• Mentor and support junior team members, resolving technical challenges and guiding skill development
• Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR
Required Education
• Related university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CBAP, CSM, PBA, CISA, PMP, or technical data certifications (e.g., data architecture, data engineering, visualization tools)
Required Qualifications
• 4–6 years of experience across multiple data disciplines (minimum of 3-4 areas with advanced capabilities)
• Demonstrated expertise in data architecture, engineering, visualization, or governance
• Practical experience with OLAP/OLTP models, 3NF, data pipelines (code and no-code), and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and evaluation capabilities
• Effective collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills from junior to executive level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage aggressive timelines and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
• Consulting and client advisory experience
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Project management background
