Participate in technology program and project delivery teams to implement advisory services and technology-enabled business solutions

Assist in the execution of solutions that address client challenges across digital transformation, cloud, and DevOps initiatives

Provide support for advisory recommendations through implementation within client environments

Collaborate on business development initiatives, including proposal and presentation development

Contribute to practice development within the Technology Services Group

Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR

 

Related University Degree

Computer Science degree, PMP, or other relevant designations (e.g., technology certifications); or equivalent experience

 

5–8 years of relevant working experience, including technology delivery

Experience in a management consulting environment strongly preferred

Working knowledge of program and project delivery methods (Agile, DevOps, product vs. project delivery)

Understanding of core technology priorities such as cloud migration, digitization, and digital product delivery

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to prepare high-quality materials for client-facing use

Self-directed and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Results-oriented with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to career development
