Join our teams in order to work on our first Opus, a cross-platform large scale multiplayer game based on a strong universe. You will contribute to the client side of the game hand in hand with our Online and Gameplay team. As a technical artist you will have a transversal role and will be able to bring solution to advance problems using your different talents. At OpusMajor we consider this position for a person who both shares a love for Art and Programming , we are not looking for a creative coder or a non-coder artist. You will be able to practice, share and improve your craft on a wide variety of topics such as shaders, basic modeling, tools, design or even prototyping.

Required skills and knowledge:
- Basic 3D Art skills (Basic Modeling, UVs, VertexColor, Basic Rigging...)
- Good understanding of the game asset creation pipeline
- Knowledge of Material creation in Unreal Engine (surface, decals, post process etc...)
- Shader programming knowledge (HLSL)
- Maths skills for shader programming
- Shader optimization
- Understanding of Animation Blueprints
- Basics of Blueprint programming
- Basics of Tools programming (including python scripting in a 3D DCC)
- Unreal Engine asset integration
Experience:
- You have worked on a large 3D game.
A huge plus:
- You use Blender
- You love to draw
- You have experience with other engines (Unity, In-House...)
- You know a low level programming language (C++, C, Rust etc...)
- You are familiar with online programming concepts
- You understand basic Newtonian mechanics
- You have a sense of UI/UX
