Role Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for spotting opportunities and building lasting relationships? As our Business Development Representative (BDRs), you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the technology service sector. You’ll bring your expertise, enthusiasm, and forward-thinking mindset to help us explore new markets, forge strong partnerships, and create impactful solutions for our clients.

Your key responsibilities

    • Dream big and develop strategic business plans that align with our growth goals.
    • Seek out and generate  new business opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and markets in the technology service industry.
    • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders, becoming a trusted advisor and collaborator.
    • Lead negotiations and close impactful deals with confidence and finesse.
    • Team up with marketing to craft and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends through market research and competitive analysis, always on the lookout for the next big opportunity.
    • Share your insights and progress through compelling presentations and reports to our senior leadership and clients.
    • Inspire a high-energy business development team, fostering a culture of growth and success.

The ideal candidate has

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology service industry.
    • Bilingual (strong English speaking and writing skills, as this role will mostly work with clients outside of Québec, in Canada and the US).
    • A proven history of hitting and surpassing business development targets.
    • A solid grasp of technology solutions and their magic in the service industry.
    • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • A strategic mind coupled with a creative spirit.
    • Leadership skills that inspire and empower others.
    • The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
    • A willingness to travel and explore new opportunities as they arise.

It’s a plus if you have

    • A good understanding in software development and SDLC. 
    • An obsession with working more efficiently.
    • A strong understanding of social media for sales and marketing (especially LinkedIn). 
    • Digital marketing skills.
